Job Description: Video Production and Editing Manager
Position Description:
The Production and Editing Manager will produce television ready videos and multi-media web content to cover a wide range of purposes including; corporate advertisement, internet marketing, training materials and recruiting videos. The Production and Editing Manager will report to the Vice President of Marketing.

Primary Responsibilities:
1. Manage Video Production Process (pre-production, production, post-production).
2. Produce, edit, and deliver video assets for television and multimedia web content.
3. Oversee production and coordinate various parties and stakeholders; including internal employees, contracted resources, and 3rd party vendors.
4. Manage pre-production work; script writing/selection, casting, staging.
5. Coordinate Production; camera, lighting, audio, stage hand support, directing.
6. Post-production editing to finish product release.
7. Requires working knowledge of all tools and technology related to video production and editing.
8. Creating multi-media web content for training, marketing and corporate communications.
9. Manage complex projects to specific budgets and timelines.
10. Work cross functionally in a corporate environment to translate functional specifications into media products (video training, recruitment advertisements, internet marketing).
11. Coordinate advertisements campaigns with external agencies (advertisement agencies, TV stations/networks, publications, web sources).
Required Skills:
• Working knowledge of audio/video production and editing tools and technologies
• Familiarity with web content development tools and software
• Experience in producing advertisement, marketing, and training materials
• Ability to manage people and projects
• Ability to transform creative concepts into finished video assets
Required Education:
• Graduation from an accredited College or University with a degree in Video or Film Production, Videography, Broadcast Communications, or related
• Minimum of five years work experience in Video Production or a related field.
