Entertainment Attorney - 2-5 Years Experience

The Opportunity:
We are seeking a talented Entertainment Attorney with 2-5 years of experience practicing entertainment law at a law firm, production company, studio, or network to join our growing team. This is an incredible opportunity to work hands-on with top-tier clients and cutting-edge productions spanning both legacy media and the rapidly growing creator economy - all within a flexible, modern work environment that values autonomy, volume management, execution and collaboration.
This position may be based in Los Angeles or New York.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee day-to-day production legal on multiple pilots and series.
• Draft, negotiate, and review a wide range of entertainment-related agreements, including:
• Production, development, and distribution agreements
• Talent, writer, and producer agreements
• Brand integration, influencer, and creator contracts
• Option, shopping, and licensing deals
• Provide practical business and legal advice to clients on deal structures and risk assessment.
• Review, analyze, and comment on agreements and production materials.
• Collaborate closely with creative, business affairs, representatives, and production teams.
Qualifications:
• J.D. from an accredited law school; member in good standing of the California or New York Bar (or eligible for admission in either state).
• 2-5 years of experience practicing entertainment law at a law firm, production company, studio, or network.
• Solid drafting and negotiation skills, with a keen eye for detail and creative problem-solving.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with production and/or digital media, social platforms, and the creator economy is a plus.
