WDJT-TV/CBS 58 for Milwaukee and Southeastern Wisconsin News is searching for an experienced Multi-Media Journalist/Reporter. Milwaukee is an aggressive news market and also the host of the 2020 DNC.
This role is responsible for preparing and delivering accurate news reports for multiple media platforms. Produce, report, write, edit and provide news production content meeting company standards for journalistic integrity and production quality. Pitches stories that are engaging and relevant to the local community, interact with viewers on all mediums and contribute to social media platforms. The ideal candidate must have proven reporting skills with strong writing and solid news judgment with the ability to shoot when needed. Must have experience in shooting, gathering content, reporting, and editing. Must be flexible in scheduling and have a valid driver's license.
