General Job Description:
Weigel Broadcasting Co. seeks a dynamic, high-energy Creative Services Director (CSD) for its South Bend, Indiana ABC affiliate WBND ABC57. Our news operation is growing at a tremendous rate, and we need a creative thinker willing to take a new approach to promote local content. If you can challenge conventional thinking, embrace social media and are passionate about news and local events, this is an ideal position in an entrepreneurial company.
Oversee brand development, strategy, and management for ABC57, with a heavy emphasis on news promotion and community engagement.
Other duties, as assigned.
Must have the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously, have strong organizational skills, and be able to demonstrate creative leadership.
Excellent written and verbal communications skills are required.
Knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop and Final Cut Pro and a proven track record of successful marketing concepts and branding efforts is a must.
