Part Time Unpaid Internship

This is a part-time unpaid internship for school credit only.

We are seeking a candidate interested in a minimum three-month commitment beginning in September.

Applicants must be eligible to receive school credit for the internship.

The internship requires approximately 20 hours per week with availability during business hours (Eastern Time), Monday through Friday.

This position is remote, and interns must have:

• Reliable computer access
• High-speed internet
• Ability to use video conferencing platforms
• Ability to download and manage software/apps/files
• Basic familiarity with digital content creation and social media platforms

You will learn all aspects of the Talent Management industry during your internship. Experience and knowledge of the entertainment industry is a plus but we are willing to train the right candidate. Excellent written and oral communication skills are a MUST.

This individual will be assisting our managers in all aspects of office routine, including packaging submissions for casting directors, filling, scheduling, organizing, calling talent for auditions and confirmations and casting directors with audition confirmations. You will learn about all online services (Casting Network, Actors Access). Will update all media services (Facebook, Twitter, IMDb, Instagram, etc.) on a daily basis if needed.

• Casting platforms including Actors Access, Casting Networks, and industry databases

• Entertainment marketing and content creation
• Administrative systems within a management company

RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE

• Assisting managers with daily operations.
• Preparing and organizing casting submissions.
• Updating client materials and digital profiles.
• Assisting with client scheduling, audition confirmations, and communications.
• Maintaining internal tracking systems and databases.
• Researching casting directors, productions, and industry information.
• Assisting with social media content and company updates.
• Helping organize client materials including resumes, headshots, reels, and press information.
• Supporting special projects related to talent development and company growth.

Required skills: Must be able to multitask, self-motivated, detail-oriented, organizational skills a must, AMAZING communication skills, computer literate (Google Suites, social media, content creating, are all useful skills).
