Part Time Unpaid Internship
Internship at thriving boutique Talent Agency.
This is a position with growth potential for the right candidate. We are seeking a long-term relationship with our intern. Will consider school-credit candidates at this time. We will consider actors with a degree in Theater Arts that are looking to transition to becoming an agent.
You will learn all aspects of the Talent Agency/Management industry during your internship. Experience and knowledge of the entertainment industry is a plus but we are willing to train the right candidate. Excellent written and oral communication skills are a MUST.
This individual will be assisting our agents in all aspects of office routine, including packaging submissions for casting directors, filling, scheduling, organizing, calling talent for auditions and confirmations and casting directors with audition confirmations. You will learn about all on line services (Casting Network.Actors Access). Will update all media services (Facebook, Twitter, IMDb) on a daily basis if need it.
Required skills: Must be able to multitask, Self-Motivated, detail oriented, organizational skills a must, AMAZING communications skills, computer literate (EXCEL, WORD, HTML, SOCIAL MEDIA, WEB HOSTING TOOLS/PROGRAMS). Knowledge of inEntertainment a plus.
