We Speak Model Management is seeking a junior level booker to join our family. Must have a minimum of 4 years of agency booking experience in the NY market.

Position Title: Junior Booker
Manager's Position: Vice President
Location: Remote WFH, must be in NYC
Work hours: FT, 10am - 6pm EST, plus maintaining urgent communications after hours.
Salary: $58,500 - $60,000

Result: To maintain and own client relationships in order to book models consistent model jobs, reaching or exceeding your monthly bookings goals.
Duties: At We Speak, we handle day to day work as well as bring opportunity for innovation. Listed below are day to day tactical expectations as well as areas we will focus on with strategic growth.
Tactical Work
Own 40-50% of We Speak's incoming bookings by:
Maintaining, tracking, and managing leads in a CRM platform.
Maintaining, tracking, and managing model calendars in PortfolioPad.
Sharing responsibility for accuracy of lead and contact documentation in CRM.
Accurately notate billing details in PortfolioPad.
Ensuring what client knows is accurate and holding yourself and models accountable for accuracy.
Negotiating rates.
Model Management. Maintaining relationships with models across all boards is a shared responsibility. This includes:
Updating model bookouts, measurements, and misc notes that need to be searchable into PortfolioPad.
Updating and relaying model on-set requirements, as needed.
Forming professional, but close, friendly relationships with models.
Notating important conversations in the CRM platform.
Employing patience, empathy, and kindness in every interaction. Be firm when needed, but never malicious.
Additional Projects:
Support additional projects, goal tracking, team collaboration, and project management as needed. For example, NYFW, in person get-togethers, etc.
Strategic Work
Own your relationships with casting, brands, and production by:
Reaching out to 8 contacts a week with the intent of promoting We Speak and the models.
Maintaining, tracking, and managing proactive outreach ''leads'' in a CRM platform.
Using critical, creative thinking to help grow and elevate our amazing models and We Speak.
Share with your manager any innovations or opportunities to increase productivity, efficiency, or effectiveness of the existing system for which you're accountable.
Strategize ways to elevate individual models.
Weekly check-ins with team and manager.
Ideal Candidate:
Has a minimum of 4 years of agency booking experience in the NY market
Has strong relationships within the fashion segment of the industry
Organized with excellent interpersonal/effective written & verbal communication
Detail-oriented with a strong feeling of responsibility when it comes to client relationships
Puts models and their well being first
Sensitivity toward topics such body image, disabilities, gender, etc
Should be open to a standard NDA / Limited Non-Compete
Adaptable, self-motivated, good at prioritizing, and solution/results driven
