We Are Hear is seeking a full-time assistant to support a C-Level executive. Must be able to manage an ever-changing calendar with impeccable attention to detail. Knowledge of key industry players including other C-level executives and creatives is also a plus. Other main responsibilities include arranging domestic and international travel, creating itineraries, managing personal and business to-do lists, filing and organizing documents (both digital and physical), going on runs, and fulfilling other miscellaneous tasks that may arise.
Must have working knowledge of Google calendar and Microsoft Office. Must be tech savvy, a fast learner, and a team player. Must not be starstruck easily and love music (and also TV/Film)!
Bachelor's degree and 4-6 years experience in an administrative or executive assistant role (ideally at a talent agency) preferred. Perfect opportunity for someone with agency experience seeking a different work environment and company culture.
Full time + benefits, compensation DOE. Must have a clean passport and are willing to travel.
