ACCOUNT MANAGER
We are seeking an experienced Account Manager, to help manage the development and execution of campaigns across the social and digital landscape. The ideal candidate is extremely organized and experienced in not only project management/production but also social media marketing and strategy has strong writing skills, and is comfortable in a fast-paced creative environment. You must have experience managing social media campaigns with a strong background in production, writing, and client communication.
ABOUT YOU
You will have experience in collaborating with designers, developers, and strategists to help define user experiences and campaign content for web, mobile and social platforms from concept through creation. We are looking for managers with marketing and campaign experience with a social background who are problem solvers, extremely detail-oriented, highly organized self-starters, who are hungry to learn and grow with us.
Responsibilities:
Production
Lead the team through successful executions on various campaigns including large-scale websites, mobile applications, and social media campaigns
Define and oversee project scope, as well as internal and external timelines, managing project from start to finish, disseminating information for the team and keeping production moving
Manage internal resources including designers and developers
Collaborate with a team of creatives and mentor junior team members
Communicate to executive team overall health of assigned accounts and projects
Lead weekly meetings with the wider team, providing updates on the status of a title, reviewing the status of production and planning next steps
Be able to drive efficiencies in the production process, so the creative team are able to deliver on time and within budget
Build out detailed production schedules, working with your fellow account managers to ensure there are no bottlenecks on the design floor
Effectively communicate and organize client needs to the assigned team
Communicate with clients on production schedules, working with them to ensure the campaign is executed to the highest possible standards
Social Strategy
Work with the strategy team to build out content calendars informed by both the strategy and production
Maintain a proactive lens as it pertains to social and digital campaign strategy, including staying on top of best practices, trends, product updates, new platform features, and any necessary insight-based pivoting
Client Strategy
Assess client needs and team challenges proactively to create and enable effective internal and external solutions
Maintain a proactive account management lens, projecting hurdles and effectively crafting solutions to stay ahead
Set and communicate broader client / project goals to the team
Build strong relationships with our clients

Preferred Skills:
3-5 years experience in project management/account management
Can work effectively with multi-disciplinary teams including designers and developers
Experience in digital analytics with an understanding of testing, refinement, and optimization of digital campaigns preferred
Experience with front end development, mobile, content management systems, and cross-browser QA
Bachelor's degree in Communication, English, PR, or relevant discipline
