The Senior Manager, Integrated Marketing is responsible for supporting Wizards marketing efforts and strategies, serving as the lead for team owned and operated assets, text and email campaigns, and assisting on paid ad campaigns. In addition, this role will lead team influencer and creator strategies to extend brand reach to growth audiences.

Responsibilities:
• Serve as the day-to-day contact for email for the marketing team including submission of graphic needs, calendar management, creating outlines and writing all email copy, working with the business intelligence team on list segmentation using Helix platform, serving as the point person with the BI team for creation of email, being responsible for proofreading, sharing with collaborators and approving final email, recapping email performance metrics. Includes weekly game promotion emails and formation of triggered email automations and journeys.
• Lead the Wizards text message campaigns, managing schedule, crafting copy, working with ticket sales on offers, requesting art and facilitating send. Lead growth strategies for texting database.
• Assist with advertising contract execution including performance media (SEM, display, paid social) and traditional ad mediums (print, radio, outdoor, broadcast).
• Oversee Wizards owned and operated assets including building out of home inventory, in-game graphics and PA reads, elevator posters, game program ads, and radio drops.
• Submit all gameday graphic requests for marketing assets. Work with creative team on accuracy of information and maintaining brand look and feel.
• Copywrite and proofread for department on press releases and other communications.
• Lead all Wizards influencer and creator strategies including, identifying new influential fans, local connectors and celebrities in order to create meaningful content that resonates with their audience and drives attention to the Wizards brand as well as supports growth audience segments.
• Negotiate influencer contracts, handle ticket and apparel requests, and act as the host and contact for creators on game day.
• Effectively track, analyze, and report social and influencer metrics and continually make optimizations that improve performance and efficiency of campaigns.
• Partner with organic social media team to brainstorm new ideas and opportunities, in collaboration with influencers and celebrities, to be posted on Wizards social accounts.
• Manage and scale organic gifting efforts; while building and completing a retention/replenishment program.
• Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
• 6 years of experience in marketing, branding, or digital marketing.
• Excellent writing, communication and proofreading skills; outstanding attention to detail.
• Knowledgeable about the latest technology, trends, and tools in advertising and social media.
• Working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Organized, detail driven, and is an outstanding teammate.
• Strong work ethic and ability to complete projects under timelines.
• Excellent time management and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed for gameday duties.
Pay Range: $78-90k USD.
