Position Overview: The Manager, Influencer & Brand Marketing is responsible for developing authentic connections with influential fans, local creators, and celebrities to amplify the Wizards brand and support revenue goals through content creation. This role will also support Wizards brand elements that connect to the local community and culture including fashion, art, and team lead events.

Responsibilities:
• From ideation to execution, define creator strategies for campaign initiatives that authentically engage creators and communities and drive brand and revenue results via a curated activation calendar.
• Identify new influential fans, local connectors, and celebrities in order to create meaningful content that resonates with their audience, drives attention to the Wizards brand, and supports growth audience segments.
• Collaborate with all departments and business units to support revenue, partnership, and brand goals. Find creators and communities who align with strategy.
• Negotiate influencer contracts, handle ticket and apparel requests, and act as the host and contact for creators on game day.
• Effectively track, analyze, and report social and influencer metrics. Continually make optimizations that improve performance and efficiency of campaigns.
• Keep up to date with creator regulations, social media platform changes, and content creation trends and landscape.
• Collaborate with organic social media team, influencers, and celebrities to brainstorm new ideas and opportunities to be posted on Wizards social accounts.
• Manage and scale organic gifting efforts; while building and completing a retention/replenishment program.
• Support the execution of organization-wide brand projects including retail collaborations, commissioned art activations, and large-scale events.
• Serve as the primary lead for marketing-led event planning including Draft Party, player fashion show, and all potential future events.
• Support the larger Marketing team in org-wide working group settings, including participation in discussion and driving next steps.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree.
• 4 years of experience in branding, experiential marketing, influencer, or talent marketing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and proofreading skills. Outstanding attention to detail.
• Knowledgeable about the latest technology and social media trends and tools.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and After Effects).
• Organized, detail driven, and is an outstanding teammate.
• Strong work ethic and ability to complete projects in a timely manner.
• Excellent time management and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed for gameday duties.
