Position Overview: The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting the development and activation of team initiatives and advertising, as well as event and grassroots projects aimed at reaching and connecting with new and existing fans.

Responsibilities:
• Work in coordination with wider marketing team (Social, Digital, Game Entertainment, Brand Advertising, Youth Basketball, Fan Development, etc.) to develop multi-channel strategic plans for brand marketing initiatives.
• Review all graphic content for brand consistency; acquire approval and alignment from internal and external partners.
• Support the coordination and execution of grassroots events in the Washington, D.C. Metro area.
• Edit graphics and photos in Photoshop if needed.
• Proactively seek innovative and creative ways to engage local and global fan base.
• Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree.
• 2 years experience in brand marketing, communications, or related areas with a focus on sports.
• Knowledge of Photoshop, Monday.com, Wrike, and MediaValet is a plus.
• Working familiarity with data capture, digital, creative development, advertising, and events.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Flexibility working in a dynamic environment.
• Highly skilled in project management, specifically working on large project implementations that require collaboration to complete projects in a timely manner.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
