Premium Hospitality Host

This is a Part Time Job

The Premium Hospitality Host will be responsible for supporting the Franchise Sales & Service department for the WNBA Washington Mystics with their Fan Experience. This role will serve as the liaisons between the Sales & Service team and their clients. Hosts will be primarily responsible for overseeing premium hospitality areas and engaging with guests in those respective spaces or activations.

Responsibilities:
• Assist with staff hospitality spaces and other key areas on game days to help facilitate a positive guest experience.
• Interact and build a deeper connection to fans and drive qualified sales leads.
• Lead all aspects of set-up, execution, breakdown, and reporting of interactive elements at home games.
• Provide outstanding customer service by creating unique touch points, responding to requests or communications in a timely manner, and establishing dynamic relationships with all customers.
• Attend majority of home games as assigned to support ticket sales efforts and promotional initiatives.
• Participate in learning opportunities on product offerings, pricing and sales strategies, as well as market trends and industry best processes.
• Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:
• Minimum 18 years of age with a valid drivers' license.
• Previous hospitality, sales, customer service experience.
• Outgoing & bold personality, ability to proactively engage with a passionate sports fan base.
• Passionate and knowledgeable about the WNBA, the Washington Mystics' District of Change pillars, and the DMV community.
• Availability to work at least 12 home games during the 2026 Washington Mystics season.
• Organized and able to prioritize work and problem solve in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Detail orientated and results driven.
• Access to reliable transportation.
• Ability to stand, walk, and climb stairs for extended periods of time.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
