The Director, Brand Content is responsible for developing and driving integrated digital content campaigns, focusing on tentpole moments that engage with target audiences to drive measurable business results. This role will analyze the effectiveness of the content, sharing results, and providing recommendations for improvement.

Responsibilities:
• Develop integrated digital campaign presentations for each content campaign, articulating objectives, strategy, tactics, and critical metrics.
• Establish a consistent look and feel for each campaign, aligned with brand standards and industry trends. Campaigns include schedule release, free agency, draft, Commissioner's Cup, all-star voting and game player trades and post-season awards. Additional campaigns throughout the season and off-season as assigned.
• Oversee the development of video content, graphic design and much more.
• Define content production and release schedules ensuring on-time execution.
• Manage Asana, Wrike and other organizational tools used by the Washington Mystics and Monumental Sports & Entertainment.
• Monitor and adjust campaigns to optimize and produce a final report with key metrics and insights.
• Conduct market research to understand target audiences, identify trends, and analyze data to inform campaign development.
• Support the Social Media Team for game day (home) storytelling including game storyline and story arcs, directing resources to support home games and to support other team events.
• Leverage shared services in line with allocated budget.
• Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 6 years of experience in content marketing, including 3 years of content campaign strategy experience.
• Excellent strategy skills, including business strategy, concept decks, and business analytics reporting.
• Proven leadership abilities to lead both direct and indirect reports.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to analyze campaign results, provide recommendations for improvement, and implement changes during campaigns to optimize results.
• Advanced knowledge and experience using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, and Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Knowledge of content marketing standard processes and emerging trends.
• Genuine interest in sports, particularly women's basketball.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with peers at all levels within the organization.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed.
Pay Range: $90k - 103k USD
