Workforce Planning & Project Analyst - HBO Max (12 months contract)
Location: India - Mumbai, Singapore - Singapore

The Job
This is a newly created position to help support the growth of the new HBO Max organisation in APAC. The primary focus will be on the maintenance of the Staffing Plan and the co-ordination and monitoring of hiring activity across APAC, ensuring that the staffing plan is accurate. The job holder will co-ordinate with multiple HR stakeholders across APAC to ensure accurate tracking and reporting of hiring and general staffing activity. Successful candidates will be comfortable as independent workers, responsive and flexible and will need to be confident to identify and develop improved data structures and processes. There will be opportunities to get involved in wider HR projects and initiatives across the region once the core staffing plan activity is running smoothly.
This role is a 6-month position with a potential for extension.
The Daily
• Maintain HBO Max APAC Staffing Plan ''as-is'' and suggest improved structure/framework to facilitate multiple reporting and data analysis requirements
• Co-ordinate the recruitment approval and tracking process with Hiring Managers, People Partners, Comp & TA team
• Define and produce regular staffing and recruitment status reports
• Work with People Partners to track recruitment activity in Staffing Plan
• Work with Comp team to ensure accurate comp benchmark data maintained in Staffing Plan
• Partner with FP&A team to provide actual/budget data to ensure accurate forecasting process
• Produce ad hoc staff budgeting/costing reports
• Maintain organization charts
• Maintain job descriptions (and ensure consistent use)
• Document HBO Max HR processes
• Plan/track/coordinate APAC-wide processes, projects and initiatives in support of the HBO Max People Strategy
The Essentials
• Very comfortable with Microsoft Excel
• Good working experience in using and navigating Workday
• Experience in staff budgeting, forecasting, reporting
• Experience in a matrixed org, working with various HR teams (including TA & Comp)
• A good nderstanding of HR processes
• Conscientious in maintaining and updating Organisation Charts
• Previous experience working with an International workforce
• Detail conscious, delivery-focused
• A self-starter, independent
• Interested in broader HR projects
