MAJOR ACTIVITIES
Website/App/VOD Audience measurement, dashboarding and data visualisation 20%
Development of dashboards to support regular & Ad Hoc reporting requests
'Ownership' of digital data sources and engagement with BI teams
Programming support 15%
Generating insights to support programming and acquisition decisions for SVOD
Ad Sales Support 15%
Data analysis across kids digital properties to support sales team with pitches
Marketing support 30%
Working with digital/social teams to develop measures of campaign effectiveness
Take ownership of performance trackers
Primary research 10%
Work with Research Director to undertake ad hoc primary research (quant & qual) as required to support business needs
Linear analysis 10%
Leverage insights across linear platforms to form a holistic view of consumption patterns
Essential
Broad knowledge and experience in Website, app, VOD analytics
Experience with digital campaign performance tracking
Experience with Social media measurement tools
High level of comfort with data manipulation and statistical analysis
Experience in Digital analytics tools such as Adobe
Considerable experience of using dashboarding tools such as Tableau/Looker
Experience in TV ratings data and software
Experience in Supporting Ad Sales, content and marketing teams
Experience in SQL, Python and Google Cloud services
Desirable
Ability to quickly draw insights from large datasets
Ability to communicate in English 1 other Asian language
Experience in working both brand and agency side
Other: Comfortable in presenting to medium/large audiences
Experience in working within an international matrix organization
