The Job:
The Publicity Coordinator is responsible for organizing, shaping, and executing on Warner Bros. TV's highest social priorities by scheduling content, writing copy, covering events, syncing internal calendars and various projects as assigned.
The Daily:
• Organizes and schedules content to be dispersed throughout Warner Bros. TV social media communities on platforms including Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, Facebook, and any new/emerging social media platforms
• Assists in the coverage of publicity sanctioned events to be published real-time to our owned and operated social accounts.
• Monitors and participates in social conversations on behalf of Warner Bros. TV to increase fan engagement.
• Writes and edits compelling social media copy with the purpose of engaging the networks' online communities.
• Researches and tracks industry trends and competitive executions to report out to the Social Team.
• Assists with calendar coordination and organization of group meetings and events.
• Performs additional related duties as assigned
The Essentials:
Work Experience
• Minimum 2+ years of entertainment or digital marketing experience required
Education
, Professional Training, Technical Training or Certification
• College degree or equivalent work experience required
Knowledge/Skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Internet required.
• Proficiency with remote working technology (Teams, WebEx, Zoom, Google Hangout, etc.) required.
• Must be a team player always with the larger goal of the group in mind.
• Comprehensive knowledge of entertainment industry required.
• Experience effectively working with and successfully building positive relationships with high-profile on-camera talent and producers.
• Must have strong understanding of social media and be an active participant on leading platforms with a track record of doing so.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills required.
• Must be well organized.
• Must have the ability to work additional hours as needed.
• Must possess exemplary organizational skills.
• Must possess excellent listening and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to maintain a cheerful disposition in a fast-paced environment and during stressful times.
• Must be able to review and comprehend detailed documents.
• Must be detail-oriented.
• Must have good judgment.
• Must be able and willing to take initiative and to problem solve as appropriate within the scope of responsibilities of this position.
