Turner France, a WarnerMedia company, looks for an Marketing/digital apprentice to join his Marketing, PR & Digital department based at Neuilly-sur-Seine, France.

The apprentice will support the digital & marketing department for entertainment channels and services on french speaking territories (Cartoon Network, Boomerang, Boing, Toonami, TCM Cinéma, Warner TV and Adult Swim) and will cover :

Trade Marketing
• Edit monthly channels highlights for platforms (Canal+, Orange, Free, etc ..) and journalists
• Dispatch our brands & contents promotional assets to platforms to maximise our presence on their communication tools
• Operational follow-up of marketing promotions (competitions, sampling, etc.)
• Reporting, database update, benchmark

Partnerships and events
• Monitor partnerships with medias, events and influencers
• Support the implementation of events (premieres,etc)
• Manage premiums and goodies (briefing, orders, inventory, etc .)

Digital
• YouTube channels management
• Websites updates
• Coordination with local teams, outside agencies and central teams (based in London)
• Games & Apps translation
• Social Networks management support
• Competitions management

What do we require from you?
• Degree / Master Level specialized in marketing / digital / communication
• Enthusiastic, creative and structured
• Team spirit
• Perfect control of french spelling & grammar
• Fluent in english
• Pack office and Photoshop control

Turner France, filiale de WarnerMedia, recherche pour rejoindre sa Direction Marketing, PR & Digital basée à Neuilly-sur-Seine 92200, un(e) assistant(e) marketing/digital qui sera en support de l'équipe Marketing pour les chaines et services TV du groupe (Cartoon Network, Boomerang, Boing, Toonami, TCM Cinéma, Warner TV et Adult Swim) pour la France et les territoires francophones.

Ses principales missions seront :

Trade Marketing
• Rédaction des temps forts mensuels à destination des opérateurs (Canal+, Orange, Free, etc…) et aux journalistes
• Envoi du matériel promotionnel relatifs aux programmes afin de maximiser la présence de nos marques sur l'ensemble des supports de communication des opérateurs
• Mise en place d'opérations promotionnelles (jeux-concours, échantillonnage, etc …)
• Suivi et validation des supports, reporting, mise à jour des fichiers, veille concurrentielle

Partenariats et évènementiel
• Suivi opérationnel des partenariats avec des médias, évènements et influenceurs (brief, coordination, bilan)
• Soutien sur la mise en place d'évènements (avant-premières, soirées, etc …)
• Gestion des objets promotionnels (commande, brief, gestion stock, etc …)

Digital/social
• Management, planification et mises à jour des chaines YouTube
• Mises à jour régulières des sites
• Coordination avec le service production, des agences externes et l'équipe EMEA (basé à Londres) pour la livraison des contenus
• Localisation des jeux et des applications
• Soutien à l'animation des réseaux sociaux
• Gestion des jeux-concours

Profil du candidat
• Bac +3 / 4 (Ecole de Commerce, Master) en marketing / communication / digital
• Première expérience réussie dans l'Entertainment/Medias sera fortement appréciée
• Enthousiaste, créatif et force de proposition
• Polyvalence, esprit d'équipe, rigueur et organisation
• Maitrise de suite office et Photoshop souhaitée
