The Job
WarnerMedia KYAC Brand Partnerships seeks a Marketing Coordinator. The KYAC Brand Partnerships team strives to develop high impact brand partnerships that drive value: brand growth and revenue. We possess strong relationship-building skills and are apt to see mutually beneficial opportunities with partners in order to best represent brands and initiatives. We leverage deep understanding of the industry partnerships business and goals to develop/execute effective promotional strategies and campaigns. We are responsible for promotional strategy and manage the entire promotional process and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure success of promotions.
The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for the coordination and development of marketing partnerships for Cartoon Network and Adult Swim in support of iconic IP such as Teen Titans Go!, Craig of the Creek, Gumball, Rick and Morty, Robot Chicken, Toonami, and more. This position will be responsible for evaluating and reporting the the results of promotional efforts.
The Daily
• Collaborate with senior marketing leaders to develop brand partnerships – ensuring partnerships take full advantage of KYAC's ever-growing suite of brands
• Contribute to development and execution of promotional tactics in support of brand tentpoles and initiatives such as show premieres
• Work with internal departments (consumer marketing, insights and research, on-air, creative, digital, production, PR, consumer products, and ad sales) to identify and develop brand partnerships that drive value
• Coordinate between internal and external teams and agency partners to ensure flawless execution and excellent client service
• Develop and update execution documents. Track budget and deliverables for assigned campaigns
• Communicate key learnings to the team and senior leaders
• Expert when it comes to Gen Z and Millennials insights and trends
• Expert in social media
The Essentials
• Minimum 1 – 2 years of progressive marketing experience
• Minimum 1 – 2 years of social media marketing experience preferred
• Team player who thrives in a dynamic, highly cross-functional, collaborative team environment
• Excellent communication skills and organized project management
• Ability to build strong relationships, maintain a positive attitude, and be able to take initiative, but with a good sense of when to ask for help
• Strategic Thinking
• Ability to work in a high-volume and fast-paced work environment
• Excellent Storytelling skills preferred
• Presentation building skills a must (PowerPoint / Keynote)
