Marketing Coordinator, Turner Classic Movies
The Job
WarnerMedia seeks a Marketing Coordinator for the Marketing - TCM department.
The Marketing Coordinator will contribute to all initiatives and overall goals of Turner Classic Movies by managing the timelines, deliverables and tracking documentation for all annual priority campaigns.
The Daily
• Responsible for trafficking materials and fulfilling internal/external requests for creative assets and deliverables, status reports, and creative requests via our internal Project Management System
• Creates timelines and tracking documentation of deliverables for all annual campaign elements
• Coordinates and manages creative review process and meetings with internal clients to ensure campaign deliverables are reviewed and approved by all necessary parties in a timely fashion
• Provides monthly reporting across all active campaigns
• Provides detailed post-campaign recaps highlighting all stages from creative direction to performance metrics
• Handles setting up internal meetings and presentations, as needed
• Responsible for assisting Marketing Manager with materials needed for presentations including developing PowerPoint presentations and preparing documentation for meetings
• Responsible for coordination of materials for marketing collateral and premiums including working with outside vendors when appropriate to create new materials, proofing materials and distributing to key stake holders on a timely basis
• Responsible for processing purchase orders and invoices for payment, as needed
• Assists in event planning for special events, etc., including budget management for creation and production of materials
The Essentials
• 2-4 years marketing experience, preferably with project management and/or traffic experience
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Candidate must be flexible, have strong communication skills, highly organized and capable of handling multiple projects at once
• PowerPoint and Excel experience required, Photoshop experience a plus
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Creative / Innovative
• Attention to detail
• Must have a passion for classic film and movies
