The Job
WarnerMedia seeks a Manager, Strategic Projects for the Strat Planning team. We have multiple roles open supporting Entertainment, Kids & Young Adult and News Brands. The Manager, Strategic Projects role will have a direct impact on the growth and development of Warner Media's $2.4 billion Linear Advertising Sales Businesses, including our Entertainment, Kids & Family, News and Warner Bros Syndication brands. The Manager is responsible for developing and analyzing financial planning models and analyses for various WM network initiatives, WM growth projects and Sales initiatives. The Manager will allow for load balancing across the Linear Inventory & Yield Team, with a deep focus on the specific brands. The Manager will work closely with the Linear Inventory network leads to properly represent the specific brands in all WM modeling and analyses and will be embedded on the Entertainment/Kids & Family/News Linear Inventory & Yield teams to provide additional support for forecast, budget and upfront planning. The Manager will also provide support on key metrics data and ops reviews. The role will report to the Senior Director, Strategic Projects and will require a multi-dimensional thinker who can balance the strategic, analytical and operational aspects of the role.
The Daily
Project Management – The Manager will develop and analyze revenue models on behalf of the Linear Inventory & Yield Team and Sales to drive business decisions for various WM Network Initiatives, WM growth projects and Sales Initiatives. The Manager will liaise with various departments to gather the business intelligence and key pieces of information (i.e. Audience Assumptions, Programming Schedules, Sales Assumptions, etc.) to create informed models. The Manager will present the models and assumptions to the Senior Director to communicate opportunities, learnings and recommendations and prepare for presentation to key WM stakeholders.
Load Management for Entertainment/Kids & Family/News Brands - The Manager will embed with the Entertainment/Kids & Family/News Linear Inventory & Yield Team to be fully versed on all current strategies and assumptions, attending all team meetings and business read outs. The Manager will train across the Linear I&Y team to seamlessly support all modeling initiatives, including monthly forecast, budget and upfront planning cycles.
Consolidated Warner Media Linear Portfolio Sales Strategies and Direction- The Manager will partner with the Senior Director and the Linear Inventory network leads to develop consolidated WM Linear Portfolio strategies and sales communication for upfront, scatter, and budget planning cycles.
Measurement of Key Metrics – The Manager will track and provide monthly measurement and context of key metrics for the Linear Inventory & Yield team. The Manager will also ensure the accuracy and proper context of the Entertainment/Kids & Family/News brands data used in Ops Reviews.

• 3+ years Inventory Management and Media Pricing & Planning experience with strong revenue modeling capabilities
