Part Time Unpaid Internship
Location: India - Mumbai
PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
This position will be responsible for everyday tracking of deliverables and to oversee if the shows are on track and raising any red flags that arise in the process. The key purpose of the role will be to manage and exchange of material for internal stakeholders as well as from the studios for Original Production and Creative services.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Production Ownership 40%
• Study and track delivery schedules of all shows on a daily basis. Tracking review deliverables from studios and timely feedback for internal teams so the final output can be on time. Also, to ensure that the final masters are on air as per the desired format without any technical glitches.
Owning the Process 15%
• Collaborate with Clients (Programming, Marketing, PR), and Post-Production and constantly supply the material required by them for OP shows and Promos as well. Also help to coordinate material required by Creative services team to be sourced from the studios and other vendors on a regular basis.
Error Free process 15%
• Ensure the process are happening without errors. The exchange of files needs to be pre checked before being shared. The masters on air are free for errors and as per approved formats Precise coordination with studio to have the right output on air.
Vendor Management 10%
• Constant coordination between studios and other vendors. Effective tracking of deliverables by the producers / vendors, ensuring optimum quality and desired format.
Asset Management 10%
• Effective management of data for all shows (IP, Acquisitions, Co-productions) and segregate the data in desired format. Also required to manage the back up of all creative services data from internal producers and external vendors as well.
Operations Management 10%
• Error free dispatch of masters to transmission centre with proper cue sheets.
• Systematic management of files for backup including high res clean mov of edit / mxf / offline files / online files / gfx files / project files / audio mixed and unmix files, within the time frame of three days post project delivery.
• Effectively follow dispatch timelines as per set date and time.
• Sharing of daily ongoing project updates including studio booking details / vendor details if applicable.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Essential
• Graduate (Preferably in Media)
• Years of experience: At least 1 - 2 years in Production or Creative Services department
• Proficiency with MS Suite
Desirable
• Diploma or equivalent experience in visual communications
• Experience in library TV channels, preferably Kids
