About the Role: Reporting to the Head of WM Global Talent Acquisition, the Head of Talent Acquisition, Technology will be a critical member of the newly formed global Talent Acquisition team. Combining the resources of our legacy teams, this new team is being tasked with identifying and securing talent for the successful future of our business. This is a great opportunity to make a meaningful impact by building a great team and developing excellent relationships with your recruiting team, client groups and internal partners.
While the preference is for this position to be located in NY or Atlanta, we are also interested in candidates in Seattle, Los Angeles, or San Francisco.
What you will be doing: As the Head of Talent Acquisition, Technology, you are the sourcer of our major asset: our talent. You are strategic and analytical and will create, drive, and execute on the hiring strategies that support our fast-growing technology organizations. You will lead and build a growing team of talent acquisition and sourcing professionals in multiple locations. You'll help the team create and implement innovative sourcing strategies and ensure an exceptional candidate experience. You'll support a variety of technology organizations including Cyber Security, Infrastructure Operations, Direct to Consumer/Streaming Technology, Application Development (web and mobile), Emerging Technologies, and Data. As a subject matter expert, you help educate your hiring teams on the value of a solid interview process and how to sell our career opportunities to prospective candidates. Using data and metrics, you'll demonstrate the value of an exceptional interview experience
What we require from you:
- 10 years of recruiting experience with large or growing technical organizations
- 5 years of proven leadership experience guiding large recruiting teams (50 ), in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment - Experience managing large teams, including developing and hiring people leaders internally and externally.

- Strategic thinker with exceptional data analysis and analytical skills
- Ability to effectively influence and communicate cross-functionally
- Creativity in problem-solving, resourcefulness, ability to be detail-oriented, strong organizational skills
- Ready to travel! This leader will need to travel to several different locations to support the various WarnerMedia technology groups.
- Be the expert in Technology Recruiting! Knowledge of the Software Engineering, Cyber Security, Infrastructure and Product development market, etc.
