The Job:
This position will assist with inventory input into RT Pro in the Property Department and other Property locations as needed. Position also helps maintain online inventory database, field inventory requests from website clients, assist in house set decorator with inventory questions and online orders. Position also helps set up COD accounts and productions in RT Pro. Answers phone calls, makes appointments for truck deliveries, maintain emails lists of clients and assist clients with property website access. Enters recoverable assets from WBTV and WB features. Assists with tasks to support social media postings on all platforms.
The department is position is very fast paced and is crucial to the overall organizational flow of the department. Must be able to work effectively in a highly dynamic and customer facing environment.
The Daily:
Data entry assets from WB productions. Enter and maintain inventory in RT Pro and on WB Property Website
Data clean up in RTPro. VIA Rental Tracker Pro – merge inventory records and data clean up on WB Website
Customer Service. Assist clients with setting up their profiles in RT Pro so they can access orders and invoices and shopping carts.
General Clerical Duties. Answer m ultiple line phone, transfer calls, take messages and research questions from clients, check, forward and / or respond to e-mails as needed for Property which encompasses the Designer Collection, Hand props and Hardware area. Issue drive on passes for clients. Schedule deliveries and pick ups for trucking.
The Essentials:
Proficiency in MS Word and excel required.
Knowledge of RTPro preferred.
Knowledge of feature and television production preferred.
Knowledge of social media platforms preferred.
Prior administrative/clerical and data entry experience required.
The individual should be able to communicate effectively and professionally with 3rd party clients as well other business associates. Position also requires strong multi-tasking skills.
Lifting up to 10 pounds as needed.
