The Corporate Relations Coordinator will support branded merchandise development and production, provide ongoing support for Corporate Relations special projects and assist with the coordination of annual VIP client mailers. This position will collaborate with various departments around the company to create Warner Bros. Discovery branded merchandise for B2B distribution
Your Role Accountabilities...
• Support Corporate Relations team on the creative development, production and distribution of B2B branded merchandise for client gifting & special events. This includes:
• Generating custom branded merchandise presentations to be distributed to internal clients
• Handle all requests from ideation through delivery of final product, including verifying pricing, branding oversight, following up with vendors and clients, and tracking orders through delivery
• Ongoing research to find new and innovative products to have the pulse on current trends and elevate our product offerings
• Maintain project status report to ensure client requests/products are delivered in a timely manner
• Ensure all shipments comply with international shipping regulations to guarantee they are delivered in a timely manner and meet the terms of international gifting etiquette
• Manage storage and inventory of premiums in the office & offsite at storage facility
• Process invoices on behalf of our internal clients; ensure vendors are set up in the Warner Bros. Discovery finance system
• Support Corporate Relations team on special projects, including hospitality programs and executive offsites
• Provide administrative support to Corporate Relations team as needed
Qualifications and Experience...
• 1-2 years of project management experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree in project management, marketing, merchandising or business preferred but not required
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in database applications (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) are needed. Familiarity with Photoshop/Adobe is a plus, but not required
• Demonstrated organization and time management skills
• Demonstrated interpersonal skills including ability to work effectively with internal and external clients and vendors
• Self-motivated and able to work independently and collaboratively
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written
• Must have high attention to detail, experience and proven ability to juggle multiple priorities

In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles in locations where legally required. $49,358.00 - $91,666.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros.
