Warner Music HBCU Immersion Program in collaboration with Culture Creators is an unpaid program designed to prepare HBCU students for a career in the music industry . This dynamic six (6) week program will encompass five learning modules: A&R, Marketing, Data Science, Business Development, and Admin and Licensing. Students will receive a comprehensive introduction to the music business, guidance on career development and have opportunities to learn from and engage with WMG leaders. Upon successful completion of the program, each student will be considered for a summer internship where they will have the opportunity to apply the knowledge they acquired to a hands-on experience.

Upon joining the program, students are fully immersed in a dynamic and impactful experience. They receive ''real-time'' music industry experience, mentorship from WMG leaders, and immersive learning through Culture Creators. In a ddition, students who successfully complete the Culture Creators curriculum will have an opportunity to intern at WMG and receive a housing subsidy in NY, LA, or Nashville.
Eligibility Requirements:
• Current rising college junior, senior, or graduate student attending an accredited Historically Black College and University (HBCU)
• Submission of a 200– 300 word personal statement and resume
• Ability to commit to a three hours per week during the Culture Creators program
Ideal Students:
• A self– starter with a passion and curiosity for the music industry
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to prioritize a nd follow through with assignments
It would be music to our ears if you also had:
• Professional goals that align with Warner Music Group's core values and business objective
• Strong passion for and knowledge of the music industry
• Leadership experience on or off campus
