Job Description:
VP, Change and Relationship Management
CHANGE STRATEGY & EXECUTION
• Support CIO with presentation materials and written communications, including presentations for Board of Directors, staff meetings/Town Halls, executive memos, etc. Partner closely with the Corporate Communications team on WMG-wide opportunities.
• Collaborate with Global Technology leadership team to address critical service updates/ challenges and communicate outcomes in a timely, informative and impactful manner.
• In partnership with our Corporate Communications organization, communicate the strategic direction and significant activities of the Global Technology organization to internal (Global Technology) and external (WMG) stakeholders
• Establish and measure KPIs to demonstrate effectiveness of engagement within the Global Technology Organization
BUSINESS RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT
• Act as primary point of contact for Global Technology organization in the Los Angeles office.
• Engage with stakeholders across WMG to understand technology and innovation needs; facilitate connections with appropriate Global Technology stakeholders for project intake and/or issue resolution.
• Maximize ROI of Global Technology investments by driving awareness of Global Technology tools and resources available to the business.
STRATEGIC INITIATIVES
• Identify and support cross-functional process improvement initiatives that will allow Global Technology to better address strategic customer needs and improve service responsiveness, as appropriate.
• Support the successful adoption of the Digital Workplace program by socializing the strategy, engaging leaders prior to business unit kickoff, validating that business unit needs are identified and addressed appropriately, and effectively communicating program goals, benefits and outcomes.
REQUIREMENTS
• Expertise in navigating matrixed organizations and working effectively with senior leadership, cross-functional stakeholders, and individual contributors across the company.
• Established ability to collaborate with and influence senior leadership.
• A strong point of view on and experience with communication strategies, stakeholder alignment and user adoption.
• 15+ years in a change management or business relationship management role.
• Ability to anticipate, expose, and manage technology issues impacting the business.
• Demonstrated executive presence; excellent writing and presentation skills.
• Evidence of success as an agent of change.
