Job Title: Manager, Viral Marketing
We are looking for a dynamic professional with experience using generative AI and other emerging tools to drive viral campaigns across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, X, and beyond. The ideal candidate has a deep knowledge of culture, an eagerness to experiment with new technology, and a track record of leveraging automation and content systems to fuel fan engagement and music consumption.
Here you'll get to:
• Lead viral campaign execution for your artist roster, integrating generative AI tools to scale content production and distribution.
• Partner closely with artists, managers, and internal departments to develop innovative creator campaigns and AI-augmented content strategies that align with larger marketing visions.
• Maintain knowledge and relationships with both human creators and emerging AI-driven fan communities, exploring how these ecosystems can accelerate adoption.
• Oversee creative ideation and content development, ensuring campaigns are designed for speed, scale, and adaptability.
• Develop goals, metrics, strategy, and budget for each campaign. Use real-time insights and performance data to optimize quickly and continuously.
• Create campaign recaps and post-mortems with an eye toward identifying where AI-driven approaches added efficiency or impact.
• Implement campaigns at scale, including orchestrating multi-account creator posting networks and automated distribution systems.
• Experiment with and evaluate partnerships with AI vendors, seeding agencies, and creator networks.
About you:
• 2 to 4 years professional experience in influencer, social media, or digital marketing (music experience preferred but not required).
• Familiarity with generative AI and other emerging content creation and distribution tools.
• Strong grasp of social platforms and digital ecosystems, with a proven ability to amplify content and build fan engagement.
• Demonstrated curiosity and adaptability in exploring new technologies.
• Strong organizational, project management, and decision-making skills with acute attention to detail and deadlines.
• Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple priorities.
This position requires a minimum of four days per week in the office. We value in-office collaboration and believe it's essential for talent development and fostering strong working relationships.
