Detailed Job Description

Representative will generate revenue through proactive outbound and inbound calls with established accounts. In addition to making and logging sales they will assist customers with any non-credit needs such as product information and order tracking information when necessary. They will work closely with their credit representative, referring all billing and credit questions to that department. They will also follow up on leads for new accounts, utilizing information lists received from in-house reports and other sources. They will build and enhance relationships with accounts through consistent sales and service.

Responsibilities

1. Present and sell Word Music products direct to churches, ministers, other eligible individuals
2. Set up new accounts on a appropriate choral club programs
3. Provide consistent, professional and timely service to all accounts
4. Offer professional and courteous assistance to the customer
5. Track and offer proof of delivery to the customer

Special Requirements/Preferences

Required:
1. Specific knowledge of church music and church music programs
2. Excellent alpha & numeric keyboarding skills
3. Highly organized, quick and efficient
4. Detail and multi task oriented
5. Basic knowledge of how to read and interpret printed music

Preferred:
1. Sales experience and/or customer service experience
2. General knowledge of Christian music
3. Experience with choirs and/or praise and worship teams
4. Specific familiarity with Word choral print music products
5. Experience with Oracle order entry module
