In the Human Resources department, serve as specialist for screening, recruiting, interviewing and placing workers, throughout the full life cycle recruitment process.
Specifically, recruit, interview and place non-exempt full-time and temporary staff for Warner Music Group’s non-exempt and temporary level corporate, label and publishing hires domestically.
Under the supervision of Human Resources management, communicate and re-enforce standardized talent acquisition compliance processes and partner and liaise with Human Resource Generalists, hiring managers and internal staff regarding employee referrals, full-time and temporary staffing needs and job specifications for current and future openings.
Identify niche online resources to identify top talent for specialized roles and communicate and partner with third-party vendors and internal departments in executing on-boarding and off-boarding of temporary staff.
Develop and maintain a pipeline of pre-screened, qualified candidates across business units, and serve as the primary contact for creation and approval of agency set-up, staffing agreements and processing of invoices.
Serve as the Administrator for the corporate applicant tracking system and the WMG intranet and upload new hire information in ADP.
Reqts: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Human Resource Management & Development, Labor Relations, Business Administration, or a related field, and 3 years of work experience in position offered or related, including 3 years of experience with: Music entertainment/media industry; Corporate recruiting; Advanced Excel and Powerpoint experience to support delivery of executive dashboard reporting and adhoc reporting requests; and Third party applicant tracking and day to day operations systems, including Taleo.
