Intern, Global Digital Sales & Strategy [Summer 2020]
Job Description:

ADA Worldwide strives to provide independent artists and label partners with access to the resources, relationships and experience required to share their creative vision with a global audience. We honor our diverse history and embrace the future with unwavering passion & ambition.
As the independent sales and marketing arm of Warner Music Group, the ADA Digital Sales team works closely with distributed artists and label partners to help realize our common goals for promoting music on a global basis while optimizing sales opportunities. The Digital Sales team collaborates with our label partners, label management, operations, label services, WEA account management and the digital service providers (DSP's).

This role is a unique opportunity to work with exciting independent artists and label partners while helping ADA's digital sales team guide labels through best practices and helping to get their creative content to the masses.
Here you'll get to:
• Maintain an understanding of the DSP's major initiatives and operational processes
• Maintain and source press image/asset repository
• Audit and identify key New Releases and Catalog and make sure they are set up and monetizing properly
• YouTube artist/channel optimization
• General support for Digital Sales & Commerce team
Rockstar candidates will be able to:
• A passion and interest in developing artists and music
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent time management, follow-up and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload, and strong attention to detail
It would be music to our ears if you also had:
• Knowledge of the current music landscape with an emphasis on independent labels and artists
• Knowledge of data analytics
• Knowledge of YouTube
• Proficient MS Excel MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook, social media platforms, Music Connect, Data Analytical tools
