Summer Intern - A&R

This is a Part Time Unpaid Internship

Your role:
We are looking for someone with a genuine interest in the music industry and a curiosity to learn about our
business and act as an A&R intern to assist the A&R team in their operational and creative activities
Here you'll get to:
• Assist the A&R team with day to day work learning the mechanics of a major record label and its creative
sides
• Support handling documentation
• Setting-up & organizing in studio sessions
• Complie data entry and organize documents, reports
• Assist with administrative tasks for releases
About you:
• Great communication skills and proficiency in both Italian and English languages
• HUGE passion for music and cultural trends
• You have the ability to prioritize and execute in a time crunch and/or with partial info/details.
• You have people skills, the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment, and are highly motivated,
task-oriented, organized, and a proactive self-starter.
• You have strong computer skills – typing, proficiency in Microsoft Office
• High attention to detail

Salary Range:

Salary ranges are included for job postings where required by law. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as work experience and business needs. The pay range is subject to change at any time dependent on a variety of internal and external factors.
