A little bit about our team:
The Global Audience team sits at the center of Warner Music Group, within the Artist Services division, guiding & supporting our frontline labels and territory teams in their mission to bring our artists' music to fans around the world. We are champions of the fan experience who use data, technology, and empathy to develop long term relationships between consumers and WMG artists and brands. The team provides strategic and operational support through marketing technology, fan-level analytical insight, and campaign planning across multiple channels. Programs are designed to help move fans from casual, anonymous listeners to committed, known fans of Warner Music Group artists and labels.
The Product group drives WMG's consumer marketing technology roadmap and day-to-day platform management across verticals of Email, Automation, Data, APIs, Social Commerce, Mobile, Ad-Tech, and Web. Hundreds of marketers managing over a thousand brands reaching over 100 million fans use our tools every day.

The Social Commerce Operations Specialist primary role is to support hands-on the implementation of processes, solutions and tools for Social Commerce. What you will work on will reach millions of music fans and contribute to the careers of some of the best and biggest artists. You will work with people all over the world across many functions and have a voice on ways to engage fans, brainstorm marketing strategy, adopt new technologies and be able to 'look under the hood' as you're improving the 'engine' that powers artist to fan connections.
Here you'll get to:
• Actively manage the day-to-day Social Commerce Campaign backlog across frontline labels
• Oversee Social Business Manager Governance for Users, Partners and API integrations on Facebook, SnapChat and Google Merchant Center.
• Actively manage, audit and troubleshoot Issues social commerce accounts
• Activate and Maintain hundreds of paid and organic Catalogs integrations from WMG store network including for Media buying and configuring social stores on SnapChat, Google, Youtube, Instagram shops and FB Messenger
• Coordinate with Digital Marketing Teams and Youtube Partners supporting weekly product launches via video premiers
• Coordinate messenger bot commerce opportunities, ensuring bots are evergreen and up-to-date.
• Support Proof of Concepts for innovative features and beta testing with social partners.
• Collaborate with development, UX, data, campaign & analytics teams to create super engaging connections between our artists and their fans for Social Commerce Campaigns.
• Act as the internal champion for continual improvement of our digital products.
• Create audience segments and syndications for global paid media campaigns
• Regularly create and update documentation around processes and programs.
