We currently have a fantastic opportunity to join our innovative and highly sought-after Global Digital Account Management team.
A little bit about our team:
The Global Digital Account Management team's mission is to Maximize digital revenue and market share through optimization and streamlined communications globally across digital accounts and label partners.
Why this could be your next big break:
You will be responsible for implementing best practices and managing the day to day relationship for all things related to YouTube. Manager will educate and support label partners/territories to ensure best practices are being implemented and Warner Music artists are getting their unequal fair share of editorial placements and features.
Here you'll get to:
• Work with WMG / ADA channels to make sure they are following all the best practices and channel optimizations across YouTube.
• Gather, organize, and present data and findings from our YouTube operations to influence future decisions and strategies relating to best practices and optimizations.
• Be a representative of the Digital Accounts department within YouTube related calls and meetings with our labels and partners.
• Work closely with the content management, digital operations, and label teams to streamline and ensure efficient process/procedure in product setup, delivery, claiming, and optimization of content at YouTube.
• Operate as primary liaison between the Global digital accounts team and YouTube account managers in the UK, EU, MENA, Africa, and Russia, focusing on channel optimization and service developments.
• Coordinate with various internal departments and YouTube to resolve issues and inconsistencies within our YouTube network.
• Coordinate with our research and analytics team to test and measure the effectiveness of various strategies within YouTube, from channel optimizations to cross promotional strategies
• Keep YouTube data organized and accessible for various stakeholders across the company
Rockstar candidates will be able to:
• Look at data and build a story to explain its outcome.
• Navigate and analyze YouTube analytics.
• Utilize their strong knowledge of the YouTube CMS.
• Have a strong understanding of YouTube channel optimization.
• Take direction and execute specific outlined initiatives.
• Work under pressure, communicate effectively, and meet deadlines.
It would be music to our ears if you also had:
• Strong understanding of Content Management/Rights Management systems
• Strong understanding of online video trends and practices
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
