IMGN is home to Daquan, TryHard, So Satisfying & more highly engaging channels.
Why this could be your next big break:
IMGN Media is looking for a detail-oriented Manager to support some of our clients from our Brand Partnerships team. This role will partner with our internal creative, production, account management, and paid media teams to help support the development, execution, and management of brand partnership campaigns. The ideal candidate will have relevant experience in managing social and digital campaigns from initial brief through delivery, overseeing the creative development process, managing budgets and contracts, working on content creation, and an expertise in social and digital marketing. The individual will have the ability to anticipate workload and resource needs for a successful project, while working closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute innovative marketing initiatives to achieve business goals. The candidate must be detail-oriented and should have experience managing multiple projects at the same time, owning schedules and status updates, and trafficking deliverables. The candidate will thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where they implement and execute efficient processes and deliver bar raising marketing campaigns.
Here you'll get to:
• Coordinate all activities of the project team and ensure that project tasks are completed by scheduling and facilitating project-related team meetings (i.e. kick-offs, status, internal/customer reviews, etc.) and communicating action steps and expectations to the team.
• Deliver regular status reports to internal teams, clients, and management.
• Act as the point of contact for all day-to-day project issues.
• Develop, maintain, and review all project documentation including , status reports, invoices, change orders, schedules, budgets, invoices, and wrap reports.
• Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
• Provide weekly updates for status meetings, including developing and regularly updating status sheets
