Job Title: Receptionist
A little bit about our team:
You will be a part of the Nashville-based Workplace Experience team designed to imagine, create, and maintain innovative workplace facilities to accommodate the needs of our ever changing business. We host a variety of physical and virtual events, both live and recorded, including artist performances, interviews, panel discussions, executive addresses, and company conferences. We work with the industry's leading artists as well as high profile company executives and music producers.
Your role:
The receptionist is the first point of contact for visitors and callers to the organization. They provide administrative support across the organization and ensure efficient handling of all front desk duties.
Here you'll get to:
• Welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner, directing them to the appropriate person or department.
• Manage incoming calls, routing them to the appropriate individuals or taking messages as needed.
• Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable with all necessary stationery and materials stocked.
• Provide general administrative and clerical support, including photocopying, filing, badge support and data entry.
• Assist visitors with inquiries, providing information about the organization, its services, and facilities.
• Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth communication and coordination of tasks.
• Maintain accurate records of visitor logs, calls received, badge access requests and other information as needed.
About you:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Passion for the music industry.
• Welcoming and friendly attitude towards guests and staff.
• Knowledge of the Warner Music Nashville roster.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Reliable and known for being on time.
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
• Ability to remain confidential in all surrounding areas of the job.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
• Knowledge of Google & Microsoft suites & Adobe creative is a plus.
