A little bit about our team:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Coordinator, Platform Marketing to join Warner Music Group's Global Marketing team.
Your role:
The Platform Marketing Coordinator provides foundational support to the Platform Marketing team in management, allocation and execution of contractual and earned platform inventory. For the music industry, this role is entry level. It's ideal for someone with some digital marketing experience who is passionate about music and eager to gain experience working with label marketing teams and their key external partners like Youtube, Spotify, TikTok and more. The role offers exposure to high-impact artist campaigns and cross-functional collaboration across central marketing and our label teams globally.
Here you'll get to:
• Assist with the distribution, tracking and execution of WMG's platform inventory across the organisation
• Actively support the Platform Marketing Manager in the set up and operationalization of Youtube Gratis campaigns
• Support with asset collection for platform editorial opportunities and ad campaigns executed centrally
• Maintain team resources by keeping internal documentation, Airtable planners, calendars, and campaign trackers up to date for smooth project coordination
• Support reporting needs by helping compile performance snapshots, screenshots, and metrics from platform dashboards as directed by senior team members
• Coordinate Internal Communications. Support meeting scheduling, note-taking, and follow-ups between media teams and internal departments. This will be especially critical as the team is split between London and NYC
• Learn Platform Marketing tools and booking systems, specifically Youtube ad manager
• Actively participate in training and stay curious about digital advertising formats on Youtube, TikTok, Snap, Twitch and more
About you:
• 2+ years of experience assisting in marketing, media, or related internships
• Strong interest in digital marketing, social platforms, and how fans discover music online
• Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Basic familiarity with Excel/Google Sheets
We'd love it if you also had:
• Experience using Youtube ad manager or analytics tools in school or internship.
