Why this could be your next big break:

The Administrative Assistant will assist the SVP, Head of Marketing and Services at ADA with day-to-day administration , marketing, and support tasks.

Here you'll get to:
• Manage domestic & international calendar s , schedule meetings, arrange conference calls and travel, coordinate team meetings, order supplies, answer phones, manage sensitive documents , etc.
• Coordinate and book business travel arrangements, including domestic & international flights, hotel, & transportation.
• Submit, track, & maintain travel and entertainment expenses.
• Support Commerce and Marketing teams on Solicit ations with partners, marketing submissions, and services tasks and maintain various budgets including travel & expense, meetings, advertising , etc.
• Coordinate and s ubmit vendor invoices for respective departments, as required.
• Provide back-up coverage for the other Assistants during their absence which includes covering phones, reports, and other projects as needed.
• Produce PowerPoint and Excel reports and charts as needed.
• Maintain highly confidential and sensitive information.
• Work on s pecial p rojects as needed and serve as SVP's right hand.

About you :
• You are a 'self-starter' who takes initiative to get involved in all aspects of ADA and the various departments.
• You enjoy working in a f ast paced work environment requiring strong multitasking skills, excellent time management, and an ability to prioritize your workload.
• You are h ighly organized with a strong attention to detail and follow up, & are able to work in a team environment.
• You have e xcellent interpersonal skills and are a strategic thinker who is results-oriented.
• You are able to work under pressure, communicate effectively, and deliver on deadlines.
• You have e xcellent communication skills (both written and oral).
• You have an a bility to deliver on last-minute projects with tight deadline s .?
• You are very experienced with Microsoft office , including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
• You have e xcellent verbal communication skills for telephone.

It would be music to our ears if you also had:
• College degree preferred
• 2-4 previous years of experience supporting a Senior-Level Executive
• Prior Music Industry Experience a plus
