Job Description:
Job Title: Manager, IT Compliance
A little about our team: This department supports the (SAP and related) systems and interfaces which support the Financial Business Management functions of Warner Music Group. In addition, the department also supports the Quaity and Testing center of excellence for WMG Global Technology. Key business processes include Financial Accounting ad Reporting, Royalty Management and Accounting, Procure to Pay and Order to Cash. SAP is core technology utilized. The technology platform is tightly integrated to numerous critical systems for Sales, Contracts, Master Data, Royalties and various other Legacy Systems.
Role overview:
The Manager IT Compliance will be part of a Business Transformation Technology Group. Reporting to the Director IT Compliance, the position will have responsibility for managing global IT Security and Compliance efforts for WMG .
In addition to managing compliance, the position will also assist the Director of IT Compliance in identifying process improvement opportunities and champion these initiatives to a successful implementation. The individual will be a ''center of excellence'' for security and compliance and will ensure company standards are adhered to across WMG locations. The position requires strong organizational and communication skills.
Here you'll get to:
• Work closely with the Technology Group, Controllers Group, and Internal Audit, ensures that all WMG Technology Groups (IT infrastructure and applications) are compliant with established compliance practices, standards and IT policies and procedures.
• Manage the SOX compliance calendar, controls execution schedule and Technology audit checklists, programs and/or guidelines.
• Work with local IT Directors to ensure all Sarbanes-Oxley control documentation is up-to-date and accurate for all IT areas.
• Prepare the WMG IT Department and international affiliates for our yearly external audit Sarbanes-Oxley testing.
• Support Internal Audit in Sarbanes-Oxley Management Testing across the various WMI affiliates and WMG locations.
• Provide regular status metrics on compliance initiatives and audit activities to Director IT Compliance.
• Assist in the migration of decentralized control documentation across multiple technology groups into a consolidation tool.
• Participate in the development and oversight of required management action plans relating to compliance issues
• Monitor and support compliance initiatives for related 3rd parties (e.g. SOC1,2)
• Assist with the education of process/control owners so they better understand the controls framework and their responsibilities
• Stay up-to-date on current compliance regulations and changes in policy.
Preferred expertise
• 5+ years IT/Financial audit experience.
• Ability to develop and review internal controls related to change management, logical access, IT security and operations.
• Technical abilities from both a systems perspective and a business perspective.
• Strong analytical, communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to plan and successfully execute multiple tasks in a fast-paced, continuously-changing environment.
• 5+ years' experience with various IT environments a plus, SAP/GRC, Oracle Financials, Unix and Windows.
• GDPR preferred

Education
/experience required:
• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science preferred
• Professional certifications such as CISM, CISA, CRISC or CPA a plus.
• Experience working at an international publically traded company.
