Job Description:

The position is ideal for a strategic and passionate individual with an interest in helping musicians and creators. This role will provide the opportunity to learn and grow while contributing in an area crucial to the success of Level and artists who use the platform on their creative journey. The ability to communicate effectively with an attention to detail and brand awareness, is central.
Here you'll get to:
• Manage Level's CRM database, ensuring industry best practices for customer segmentation, data hygiene, and master data management are followed.
• Oversee customer email communications for one-off, campaign, and automated emails from strategy development all the way through to segmentation, creative, reporting and analysis.
• Segment and test our user database and A/B test various email campaigns and journeys to establish the most effective strategies to drive user engagement and/or customer lifetime value.
• Work with the marketing, product and creative teams to develop email campaign strategies that align with key organizational goals.
• Develop and maintain reporting dashboards to provide KPIs, insights, and learnings to the wider team.
• Work with the product and API teams to add data-driven customization and personalization to our user journey.
Rockstar candidates will be able to:
The rockstar candidate will be a highly organized, motivated self-starter, and communicate effectively on a range of topics in an engaging manner with passionate creative customers. The ideal candidate will also have:
• 2-5 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor's degree, in Marketing, Business, or Communications preferred.
• Knowledge and experience with industry tools (ESPs/CRM APIs), Salesforce experience a plus.
• A desire to use and analyze data in creative ways to drive and measure results.
• Project management skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• HTML and CSS experience a plus.
• An inquisitive mindset and a desire to grow and build an exciting brand and product.
