Junior Site Developer (Consultant)
A little bit about our team:
The Fan Engagement and Innovation team is responsible for finding new and creative ways to engage with fans of our catalogue.
Here you'll get to:
The ideal candidate would use their development skills to build online applications with a wide range of complexities and requirements.
The Junior Site Developer will work with the Senior Director, Creative & Innovation to:
• Build custom websites, applications and tools
• Integrate data from various back-end services and databases
• Maintain, expand and scale current sites/applications
Rockstar candidates will be able to:
This position requires comprehensive knowledge of web languages and some common frameworks:
• A portfolio with live links to sites that you have developed previously
• Expertise in Javascript, PHP, MySQL, and CSS
• Experience with React, Node and Puppeteer a huge plus.
• The ability to work in a LAMP development environment
• Comfortable managing dependencies with Composer and projects with Git
• Experience with CDNs and caching strategies
• Experience with NoSQL databases such as Cassandra or MongoDB a big plus
• BS in computer science or related field a plus but not required
• iOS and Android development a plus
• Magento experience a plus
