Job Description:
We currently have a fantastic opportunity to join our innovative and highly sought-after Artist Development team at Warner Music Nashville.
A little bit about our team:
This role sits within the Artist Development department and will support both the Interactive Marketing and Tour Development teams.
Why this could be your next big break:
In this role, you will be working with the Interactive Marketing team to support Warner Nashville's full roster of artists. You'll have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and will assist across an exciting and diverse set of projects. Additionally, you will support the Tour Development team in maintaining calendars and tracking documents. You can expect 30 hours/week dedicated to Interactive Marketing projects, and 10 hours/week dedicated to Tour Development.
Here you'll get to:
• You will oversee Warner Music Nashville label socials + newsletters, and assist with capturing label and artist content at events
• You will add content to artists' websites – news items, videos, music releases, etc.
• You will assist with submitting basecamp projects for social assets, video teasers, and other digital needs
• You will help with social database maintenance, and social analytics reporting
• You will be responsible for assembling mailings for influencers/partners following shows
• You will project manage the creation of tour data acquisition assets (iPad setup, text in setup, on-site banners, legal, etc.)
• You will assist in maintaining various touring calendars and documents
• You will help organize guest lists, pick up and distribute tickets, etc.
Rockstar candidates will be able to:
• You have 0-3 years of experience working in digital marketing
• You have proficiency working with Microsoft Office suite
• You have outstanding written and oral communication skills
• You are organized, detail-oriented, and efficient
• You are able to complete multiple projects quickly with accuracy
• You are able to write engaging, grammatically correct social and email copy
• You are creative, collaborative, and innovative
