Job Title: Ingestion Manager (US), Revenue Processing
A little bit about our team:
Warner Music's Global Service Center Revenue Team collects and consolidates revenue for the company and works with other service center teams to provide best-in-class services to our global Finance labels and affiliates.
Your role:
The Ingestion manager will report to the VP, Revenue Processing (UK) and manage a team of 3. You will be responsible for overseeing the ingestion function for the US region. The team is responsible for gathering data files, processing revenue, and assuring compliance with contracts across all revenue streams. The department assists affiliates, working across time zones and with many teams across many countries.
Here you'll get to:
• Manage a team to be responsible for the ingestion processes for digital & D2C in SAP
• Ensure the financial postings are being performed in real time
• Onboarding of new DSP (Digital Service Provider) deals and other commercial agreements
• Manage revenue assurance to ensure full compliance with all DSP agreements and escalate where necessary. Including format, commercial terms, liaise with order to cash leads on timeliness of payments
• Approving ingestion DO's in Vistex
• Develop positive relationships with affiliates across the world, to provide support and assist with their queries as and when required
• Support the global revenue teams with suspense management
• Liaise with business partners on global deals and ensuring consistent business practice across the group
• Overall responsibility ensuring key cross reference tables related to ingestion are reviewed monthly completeness
• Supporting RTR team with balance sheet reconciliations, revenue recognition including advances, minimum guarantees, accruals and breakage
• Working with internal and external audit to ensure compliance
• Maintain engagement with internal business development and business affairs teams
• Deliver performance in line with critical metrics and SLAs
• Lead your team and recruit, develop and empower your direct reports
About you:
• Minimum 2-3 years of team management experience
• A strong understanding of digital distribution
• Problem solver
• A passion for music metadata accuracy and process excellence.
• 3+ years of experience in digital content operations, preferably in music or media.
• Strong understanding of music metadata (ISRC, UPC, contributors, publishing info).
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy
• Strong communication skills and ability to work across multiple time zones.
We'd love it if you also had:
• Experience in music finance or royalties
• Experience of Business Objects or similar query builders

Salary Range
$107,000 to $118,000 Annually
Salary ranges are included for job postings where required by law. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as work experience and business needs. The pay range is subject to change at any time dependent on a variety of internal and external factors.
