About you:
• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university in Business, Finance, Accounting, Business Information Systems, Management Science, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven experience focusing on OTC processes (Credit, Collections, Cash Application, Billing, AR) or related finance transformation experience.
• Strong Order to Cash process and systems knowledge, preferably within a music, media, digital licensing, or entertainment industry context.
• Facilitative style, with prior experience leading workshops and engaging collaborators through a series of approaches that require a targeted level of consensus.
• Relevant operational OTC experience supervising credit management, order fulfillment/billing workflows, cash management, dispute resolution, AR ledger management, and internal controls.
