This requires a thorough understanding of the music business as well as close partnership with executives across all departments at the label. On a day-to-day basis, the Finance department is responsible for accurately managing the company's financial position. Key activities include budgeting, forecasting, deal structuring, and various P&L and balance sheet analyses.

Here you'll get to:
• Partner cross-functionally to build artist release schedules and translate them into dynamic, bottom-up revenue forecasts
• Own monthly revenue tracking and variance analysis across streaming, physical, licensing, and other key income streams
• Identify performance trends and market data to continuously refine forecast accuracy
• Develop and enhance data tools and reporting infrastructure to better integrate analytics into the forecasting process
• Collaborate on new deal evaluation and integration into forecast models
• Interface directly with senior executives, distilling complex revenue data into clear, high-level insights
About you:

• Analytical and solutions-oriented, with a proven ability to identify issues and drive resolution
• Advanced Excel proficiency, including VBA and efficiency-driven modeling techniques
• Experienced in analyzing large datasets and translating findings into actionable insights
• Proactive self-starter with a strong commitment to continuous learning and development
• Equally effective working independently and collaboratively within team settings
We'd love it if you also had:
• BA in Finance, Economics, or Accounting
• 5+ years of finance-related experience in corporate finance, investment banking, consulting, business development, or other analytical role
• Knowledge of the music/media industry preferred
