Director, Marketing Services, WM Latina
A little bit about our team:
Our Marketing Services team is responsible for implementing marketing strategies that are locally relevant. It operates continuously to redefine marketing best practices, whether it be experimenting with new formats and technologies, or reworking old practices. This team partners with internal and external groups to develop best-of-class creative campaigns and high-impact advertising campaigns on a regional level. This team also works closely with our Regional Marketing Services office to guarantee continuous improvement, training, and alignment.
Your role:
You'll be in charge of delivering bespoke marketing opportunities to the marketing team to help maximize exposure of our artists and their projects while finding the best and most efficient way to impact their audience. With the help of a super creative team, your role will lead ideas, strategies and concepts that are expected to be top notch, modern and disruptive. You'll have the tools to design, execute and measure the effect of those brilliant ideas and how much they've impacted the performance of a song or an artist's development. Along with this, you will oversee the execution of our digital campaigns and make sure they align with the specific needs of a project and ensure they are effective and impactful. You'll also be in charge of continuing to build the relationship with our social media partners. As a Marketing Services Director you'll be a key element in the process of designing and executing a marketing plan.
Here you'll get to:
• Create digital marketing and social strategies for our artists for domestic releases throughout the brainstorming, execution, and reporting process
• Oversee a team of 2 people to execute creative content creation, paid media, and socials strategies
• Develop innovative marketing experiences for our artists that help build artist audiences through creative content
• Have a strong creative vision with a clear and concise ability to provide direction to internal and external partners
• Pioneer new ways for our artists/tracks to engage and reach audiences in social and other spaces
• Partner with the regional marketing services team to create marketing strategies for regional priorities, and lead in the execution of those
• Develop the creative strategy for short-form, UGC & meme content for O&O and advertising
• Plan and produce assets for releases in line with the priority system requirements
• Liaise with external freelancers and agencies to produce creative quality content
About you:
• 5+ years' professional experience in the digital marketing and/or creative space, with a focus on content creation and socials
• An in-depth understanding of social media platforms, industry trends, new technologies and digital music services
• Fluent in English & Spanish
• Willingness to take educated risks and think out of the box
• Demonstrated creativity and entrepreneurship
• Proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
• Experience managing a team

• A broad understanding and appreciation of music genres as well as awareness of trending other entrainment industry sectors – film, TV, tech, gaming, etc.
