Job Title: Director, Learning & Organizational Development – Americas
A little bit about our team:
At WMG, our Talent Team is integral in delivering innovative programs, tools, and learning experiences to advance our employee experience, support individual career aspirations, improve team performance and support commercial business objectives in accordance with our organizational strategy.
Your role:
Based out of NY, this role will partner closely with the U.S.-based People Teams, and our businesses, to deliver the Organizational and Learning development agenda across the Americas.
Equally comfortable with strategic thinking and flawless execution, you will bring your credible insights and prior experience to support the ongoing evaluation and evolution of our existing learning content and performance enablement tools for consistency and alignment to our organizational strategy and local requirements to support adoption.
Here you'll get to:
Drive Learning Throughout Americas:
• Develop a strong partnership with local People Team leads and the business to create talent and learning solutions in support of people and business agendas
• Demonstrate the ROI on all learning and talent initiatives delivered (qualitative and quantitative) to ensure investment is appropriately prioritized
• Work with members of the Talent Team to evolve our learning request intake processes, and create greater clarity in the business about our L&D Opportunities.
• Curate impactful digital learning to support and embed learning outcomes for our facilitated content.
Evolve Learning Content and Solutions Strategies:
• Review of existing suite of learning experiences to create global consistency of approach
• Inform best practice for rounded offerings across both digital and in-person training's to create a coherent, blended approach
• Bring thought leadership to inform innovative new ways to deliver learning outcomes
Enable Talent Review Success:
• Facilitate upskilling of leaders in the assessment, tracking, and development of High Potential talent.
• Oversee local calibration efforts to ensure a consistent and equitable process across throughout the talent review process.
• Support development planning conversations and access tools and programs for our HIPO population.
• Facilitate the creation of opportunities to build access to, and visibility of talent across all divisions and functions
