Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager, Warner Music Latina
A little bit about our team:
Our Marketing Services team is responsible for implementing marketing strategies that are locally relevant. It operates continuously to redefine marketing best practices, whether it be experimenting with new formats and technologies, or reworking old practices. This team partners with internal and external groups to develop best-of-class creative campaigns and high-impact advertising campaigns on a regional level. This team also works closely with our Regional Marketing Services office to guarantee continuous improvement, training, and alignment.
Your role:
As Digital Marketing Manager, you will be the driving force behind the success of non-RPS Latina artists. Collaborating with our talented Artist Strategy team, you will help shape the brand narrative for these rising stars, crafting compelling stories that captivate audiences worldwide. Collaborating with A&R and the Artist Strategy team, you will oversee the creative direction and production of visuals that align with the artists' vision and our label's brand. Get ready to unleash your creativity and lead the charge in creating culturally relevant campaigns, focusing on localized opportunities in key cities across the USA.
Here you'll get to:
• Work hand in hand with the Artist Relations and Marketing Services teams to coordinate the production for all Latina artists' assets to promote their projects.
• Support with the creative campaigns for non-RPS Latina artists around releases focused on culturally relevant activations (lifestyle trending, tastemaker), with a focus on generating localized opportunities across key opt cities in the US.
• Provide support on ideation and execution of brand narrative and creative campaigns for Warner Latina artists.
• Be up to date with the latest music trends and consumer preferences to provide insights and recommendations to the label and artists regarding emerging trends and marketing strategies.
• Execute CRM Strategy for Latina Non-RPS artists – build pre-saves, Linkfire, Whitelist and maintain the database up to date.
• Engage with fan clubs and create a network with fans for Latina priority artists (RPS and non-RPS artists)
• Execute social spread and influencer campaigns for RPS / non-RPS Latina artists as needed.
• Execute Marketing Services Campaigns overall the complete process for specific projects.
• Digital and paid media c
