Job Title: Coordinator/EA, Creative Sync
A little bit about our team:
The WMG Global Sync department represents the recorded music rights and offers clients a comprehensive sync licensing service. They work to serve WMG's extensive catalog and the company's frontline recorded music labels by strategically developing new opportunities in film, TV, advertising, video games, and new media.
Your role:
Responsible for the Executive Vice President of Global Sync's day to day calendar, scheduling meetings and calls across the globe, special projects as needed, and assisting the Film/TV creative team with administrative duties and daily department needs.
Here you'll get to:
• Create internal and external email blast as well as help cultivate music themed samplers for distribution to clients.
• Research upcoming film and television productions to help identify potential sync opportunities.
• Develop and maintain creative resources that support the creative team's pitching and placement efforts.
• Facilitate and maintain all audio and visual assets for recorded music catalog, including the delivery of assets to third party clients such as studios, music supervisors, trailer houses, etc.
• Coordinate ticket purchases, maintain guest lists and liaise with venues.
• Schedule meetings and business lunches/dinners/drinks with artists, managers and sync clients on behalf of the EVP, Global Sync and Film/TV creative team
• Be the central point of contact with global sync teams, handle internal systems such as contact lists, client lists, department lists, EVP and Film/TV department event calendars
• Compile sync related reports as needed
• Prepare the EVP and Film/TV creative team for business meetings with creation of reports, reviews, research and systems as needed
• Coordinate meetings with global sync staff, regional and local teams
• Curate playlists across various platforms for sync teams to use as tools for pitching
• Have an awareness of new shows/films/products
About you:
• Possess general computer skills and a working knowledge of Google Workspace.
• Strong organization and communication skills, high attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask while adhering to deadlines.
• Enjoys working with a team but also taking ownership of individual projects.
• Creative thinker with a passion for music discovery.

We'd love it if you also had:
• A baccalaureate degree with a major in a related field.
• A minimum of two years of relevant sync or related work and/or internship experience.
• Proficiency in metadata systems, asset management, and audio delivery platforms.
• Understanding of the music/media industry, particularly in sync licensing.
• Experience with setting up email campaigns.
