Coordinator, Tour Development- TEMPA little bit about our team:Represent and implement label interests on all aspects of touring and live business. This includes live shows, live streams, showcases, special events, market and promotional tours, tour marketing, artist calendars and scheduling, ticket buys, and tour budgets. We work with artist agents, promoters, managers, production companies, and third-party contractors to create, strategize, and maximize opportunities in the marketplace for entire Warner Music Nashville roster. As the only Tour Development team in Nashville, we are proud to add value to an artists' live show and believe that even when tours are not happening, Tour Development is, and that the live space is the key to fan engagement and artist development.Your role:Oversee daily administration and operations for the Tour Development Department. Distribute touring tools, reports, and schedules to all departments. Update Master Tour daily. Responsible for all ticket buys and distribution. Collaborate with the Head of Tour Development to create strategic live opportunities and momentum around tour and promo dates, including virtual opportunities. Frequent travel is expected to assist with show coverage.Here you'll get to:
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to elevate artist tour announces, on sales, and tour promotions, some of which may include virtual events
• Oversee all tour reports, calendars, and internal systems, including Master Tour
• Train employees on Master Tour and Touring systems
• Facilitate and distribute artist schedules and day sheets for market and radio tours
• Responsible for all label ticket buys, track ticket budgets
• Solicit, approve, and distribute all tickets, M&Gs, credentials, etc. for tour dates and internal events
• Cover all Nashville shows and travel to provide show/event coverage when necessary, obtain tickets, passes, credentials, and parking, manage meet and greets, etc.
